Sowing Instructions

Soak the seeds in clean water for approximately 4–6 hours before sowing. Plant them around 1–2 cm deep in loose, fertile and well-draining soil.

Maintain light spacing between seeds, cover them with a thin layer of soil and water gently. Keep the soil consistently moist during germination, but avoid excessive watering or waterlogging.

Plant Care

Place the plants in a location receiving good sunlight or partial sunlight. Water whenever the upper layer of soil begins to dry.

Add well-decomposed organic compost to support healthy leaf growth. Tender methi leaves may be ready for harvesting in approximately 20–30 days under suitable growing conditions.

For a regular supply, sow fresh batches at intervals of two to three weeks.
