Sowing Instructions

Soak the seeds in clean water for approximately 6–8 hours before sowing to help soften the seed coat.

Sow the seeds about 1–2 cm deep in loose, fertile and well-draining soil. Water gently after sowing and keep the soil consistently moist during germination.

Once the seedlings become established, maintain adequate spacing between plants for healthy growth and airflow.

Sunlight Requirements

Bhindi grows best in full sunlight, ideally receiving around 6–8 hours of direct sunlight each day.

Good sunlight supports stronger plants, healthy flowering and better pod development.

Watering & Care

Water regularly but allow excess moisture to drain completely. Avoid keeping the soil constantly waterlogged.
