Sowing Instructions

Sow the seeds approximately 0.5 cm deep in a seedling tray or container filled with loose, fertile and well-draining soil. Cover them lightly and water gently.

Keep the soil consistently moist during germination, but avoid waterlogging. Once the seedlings develop 3–4 healthy leaves, transplant them carefully into larger pots, grow bags or garden beds.

Maintain adequate spacing between plants to allow the heads to develop properly.

Plant Care

Place the plants in a location receiving gentle morning sunlight or partial sunlight. Protect them from intense afternoon heat, as lettuce grows best under cool conditions.

Water regularly to maintain evenly moist soil. Avoid overhead watering and stagnant moisture around the leaves. Add well-decomposed organic compost periodically to support healthy leaf and head development.

Harvest the lettuce when the head feels firm and reaches the desired size.
