Soak the seeds in clean water for approximately 8–12 hours before sowing. Plant them about 2–3 cm deep in loose, fertile and well-draining soil.

Keep the soil lightly moist during germination, but avoid overwatering or waterlogging. Once the seedlings are established, retain the healthiest plants and provide sufficient spacing for proper growth.

Plant Care

Place the plant in a location receiving good sunlight. Provide a sturdy trellis, net or vertical support to help the vine climb.

Water regularly whenever the upper layer of soil begins to dry. Add organic compost periodically to support healthy growth, flowering and fruit development. Harvest the fruits while they are green and tender for better texture.
