Planting Instructions

Plant the bulbs approximately 3–5 cm deep in loose, fertile and well-draining soil, with the pointed end facing upward. Leave a little space between the bulbs so they have room to grow.

Cover lightly with soil and water thoroughly after planting. Avoid planting too deeply, and never let the growing medium stay waterlogged.

Plant Care

Place in an area receiving good sunlight or bright partial sunlight. Water when the upper layer of soil begins to dry.

Rain Lilies may rest for periods and then send up fresh leaves or flowers after rainfall, regular watering or favourable weather. Add well-decomposed compost from time to time to support healthy growth and flowering.

After flowering, allow the leaves to remain until they turn yellow naturally, as the foliage helps the bulbs store energy for the next season.
