Sowing Instructions

Sow the seeds approximately 0.5–1 cm deep in a seedling tray or loose, well-draining soil. Cover them lightly and water gently using a spray bottle. Seeds usually germinate in 5–10 days.

Keep the soil consistently moist during germination, but avoid overwatering. Once the seedlings develop 3–4 healthy leaves, transplant them into individual pots, grow bags or garden beds, about 30–40 cm apart.

Plant Care

Place the plants in an area receiving full sunlight, ideally 6 hours or more daily. Water whenever the upper layer of soil begins to dry, while avoiding waterlogging.

Pinch the growing tip once the plant is about 15 cm tall to encourage bushier growth and more flowers. Add well-decomposed organic compost periodically, and remove faded flowers regularly to promote new blooms. Tall plants may need light support. Flowering usually begins about 60–70 days after sowing.
